UNSHACKLE UPSTATE EXTOLS FINCH’S RECORD
Endorses his re-election bid for the 126th Assembly District
Assemblyman Gary D. Finch (R,C,I-Springport) has earned more recognition from the highest levels of the New York State business community. Unshackle Upstate has chosen to highlight Finch’s pro-growth, pro-jobs agenda with an official endorsement of his re-election bid to continue serving the hardworking families of the 126th Assembly District.
“I’m humbled by the outpouring of support from the business community, and I am so appreciative for Unshackle Upstate’s endorsement,” said Finch.
Finch’s staunch advocacy for improving Central New York’s commercial climate is backed by a voting record that has consistently prioritized job creation.
“When I look to the future, I see Central New York as a place where our children and grandchildren will find fulfilling careers that allow them to support their families. I want their diligent efforts to translate to prosperity and security. Cutting taxes and creating a favorable business climate that entices entrepreneurs to set up shop right here in Central New York is essential to effectuating that vision,” added Finch.
Unshackle Upstate Executive Director Brian Sampson paired his organization’s endorsement with effusive praise for Finch’s priorities and accomplishments.
“Assemblyman Gary Finch has been a strong voice for Central New York taxpayers his entire tenure in the State Assembly. He has fought hard for the lower taxes, responsible spending and smart reforms that are necessary to improve New York’s business climate and bring jobs back to our Upstate communities,” said Sampson. “Assemblyman Finch scored a 95 on our Legislative Scorecard, giving him the second- highest score in the state. He has earned our endorsement and we are excited to support him this November.”
